Returns Policy

I hope you’re happy with your order, but should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and I will be happy to try and resolve any issues.

To return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product at Michael.Earl@MikeEarlphotography.com.  Please include your order and account numbers and the reason for return. To resolve the issue as efficiently as possible, I may ask for images of the product to investigate further.

I can only accept order returns if products are faulty or damaged so, please check your order carefully before submitting a request.
